Worship online during COVID-19

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Due to the national and state declarations of emergency, the St. John’s Congregational Council has voted to close St. John’s building to all activities, including worship and Christian Education, until further notice.  Click here for worship services on our YouTube channel.

Pastor Thomas Kochenderfer was to serve as our preacher at Evening Light on Saturday, March 14th, and wrote a sermon particularly for times of crisis.  It is posted on this website under “sermons.”

Please feel free to send any prayer requests to Sonya Sowards at office@stjohnphoenixville.org or (610) 933-3947, ext. 2 (voicemail will be checked regularly).  If you are in need of assistance, please call Pastor Krommes at (610) 733-3501.

Let us pray
Most Holy God, we pray for all those who have been infected with the coronavirus that they may be healed.  Empower doctors, nurses and all healthcare working with courage, energy, wisdom and strength.  Guide our leaders that they may make wise and faithful decisions to protect vulnerable and prevent further contagion.  Help us to know that you are always with us giving healing and hope and empowering us to share your love with others.  In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
