The Fellowship Committee will be resurrecting the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner and Games this year! The dinner will feature pancakes (including gluten-free pancakes), breakfast meats, eggs, fruit and other goodies. Pancake games for the kids will also be featured. On Easter Sunday, April 20th, there will be two Holy Communion worship services—8:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Glorious worship is planned!
The Easter Vigil will begin at 7:30 p.m. on April 19th and will include elements of fire, water, and Holy Communion.
Good Friday‘s worship at 7:30 p.m. on April 18th will include candlelight, readings, and time for personal reflection.
Maundy Thursday‘s worship service at 7:30 p.m. will include foot washing (“all may, none must”), Holy Communion, and stripping the altar.
We will observe Palm Sunday at our Saturday evening service on April 12th at 5:00 p.m. Sunday’s worship will begin in Kley Hall with distribution of palms, prayers, and a procession to the sanctuary for 10:15 a.m. service.
